Job Overview
Namibia Job Search is excited to announce the availability of an Organizational Development Manager position at GIZ in Outjo, Namibia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the organizational development of GIZ’s projects in Namibia, with a focus on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization’s operations.
The Organizational Development Manager will work closely with the project teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational development, with experience working in international development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the organizational development of GIZ’s projects in Namibia
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these challenges
- Work closely with project teams to implement organizational development initiatives
- Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of GIZ staff
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives
Required Skills:
- Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in organizational development, with a focus on international development projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with a preference for a Master’s degree
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in organizational development, with a focus on international development projects
