Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marine Biologist to join our team in Lüderitz, Namibia. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research and monitoring programs to better understand the marine ecosystem and develop effective conservation strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and monitoring programs to better understand the marine ecosystem
- Develop and implement effective conservation strategies
- Collaborate with local communities, governments, and businesses to promote sustainable development
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to support conservation efforts
- Develop and manage budgets and reports
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Marine Biology or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in marine conservation
- Proven track record of conducting research and monitoring programs
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with local communities
