Job Overview

The Project Controls Engineer will join the Project Management Office (PMO) in Khorixas, supporting the planning, monitoring, and reporting of multiple construction projects. You will be responsible for integrating cost, schedule, and performance data to ensure projects stay on track, within budget, and meet quality standards. Working closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors, you will develop control systems, conduct variance analysis, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts, updating them as project conditions evolve.
• Perform earned value analysis (EVA) to assess project performance against baseline plans.
• Generate regular progress reports, dashboards, and variance analyses for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with procurement and contracts teams to track change orders and their financial impact.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to keep projects aligned with strategic goals.
• Support the implementation of digital project controls tools and data integration platforms.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in project scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and cost control tools.
• Strong analytical abilities with a solid grasp of earned value management principles.

Education

Experience

Applicants must have a minimum of five years of hands‑on experience in project controls within the construction industry. Salary

The successful candidate will receive a competitive monthly salary ranging from SSP 250,000 to SSP 350,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Salary reviews are conducted annually, and performance‑based bonuses may be awarded.
