Job Overview

The Construction Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the technical and engineering aspects of construction projects in the Rehoboth area. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will coordinate design implementation, ensure compliance with engineering standards, and manage on‑site activities. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering design review process and ensure alignment with project specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues on site.
• Monitor construction progress, conduct regular site inspections, and report deviations.
• Prepare and update engineering documentation, including drawings, calculations, and as‑built records.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Education

Applicants must have a minimum of five years’ experience in construction project engineering, preferably on large‑scale infrastructure projects. Experience in the Namibian construction market or similar African contexts will be considered an advantage.

Salary
