We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Asset Manager to join our team in Opuwo, Namibia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our digital assets, including images, videos, and documents.
Job Overview
The Digital Asset Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining our digital assets, including images, videos, and documents. This will involve creating and implementing a digital asset management strategy, as well as developing and maintaining a digital asset management system.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of digital asset management principles and practices, as well as experience with digital asset management systems. They will also have excellent communication and project management skills, and be able to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a digital asset management strategy
- Create and maintain a digital asset management system
- Manage and maintain digital assets, including images, videos, and documents
- Ensure that all digital assets are properly tagged and categorized
- Develop and maintain a taxonomy for digital assets
- Ensure that all digital assets are properly backed up and stored
- Develop and maintain a disaster recovery plan for digital assets
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of digital asset management principles and practices
- Experience with digital asset management systems
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as information technology or library science.
Experience
5-7 years of experience in digital asset management or a related field.
