Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Asset Manager to join our team in Otavi, Namibia. As a Digital Asset Manager, you will be responsible for managing our digital asset library, ensuring that all assets are accurately cataloged, and easily accessible to our customers. You will work closely with our content team to ensure that our assets are properly tagged, and our metadata is accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain our digital asset library, ensuring that all assets are accurately cataloged and easily accessible.
  • Work closely with our content team to ensure that our assets are properly tagged, and our metadata is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our digital asset management system.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to ensure that our assets are properly showcased and easily accessible to our customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital asset management.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Library Science, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in digital asset management or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Library Science, or a related field.

Experience

5 years of experience in digital asset management or a related field.

Salary

NAD 250,000 – NAD 350,000 per annum.
