Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Forensic Specialist to join our team in Otavi, Namibia. As a Digital Forensic Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting digital forensic investigations and analyzing digital evidence to help us understand and mitigate cyber threats.
You will work closely with our team of cybersecurity experts to identify and analyze digital evidence, and to develop and implement effective incident response strategies. You will also be responsible for providing training and support to our customers on digital forensic best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct digital forensic investigations and analyze digital evidence to help us understand and mitigate cyber threats
- Work closely with our team of cybersecurity experts to identify and analyze digital evidence, and to develop and implement effective incident response strategies
- Provide training and support to our customers on digital forensic best practices
- Develop and maintain digital forensic tools and techniques to stay ahead of the latest threats
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders to share intelligence and best practices
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5 years of experience in digital forensics or a related field
- Strong knowledge of digital forensic tools and techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
