Job Overview
Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of digital learning programs across Namibian schools and institutions. This role bridges technology and pedagogy to create scalable educational impact. Collaborate with local stakeholders to integrate digital tools into curricula and teacher training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage digital learning platforms for K-12 and vocational education
- Design e-learning content aligned with Namibian national education standards
- Train educators on digital teaching methodologies and software tools
- Monitor program effectiveness through data analytics and stakeholder feedback
- Partner with NGOs and government bodies to expand digital education access
Required Skills
- Expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Moodle or Canvas
- Strong project management and cross-cultural collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM)
- Experience with educational technology procurement and integration
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- Master’s degree in Educational Technology or Digital Learning preferred
- Certifications in e-learning development (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Articulate) advantageous
Experience
- 3-5 years managing digital education programs in developing regions
- Proven track record in educational technology implementation
- Experience working with government education departments or NGOs
Salary
120,000 – 150,000 SSP/month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
