Job Overview

The Digital Transformation Lead will spearhead the design, implementation, and optimization of end‑to‑end digital strategies for Microsoft Namibia’s key clients and internal operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital transformation roadmaps for enterprise clients across sectors such as finance, education, and government.
  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Architect cloud‑based solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365.
  • Drive data‑centric decision making by implementing advanced analytics and AI models.
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and change‑management activities to foster adoption.
  • Monitor performance metrics, generate insights, and continuously refine strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Represent Microsoft Namibia at industry conferences, webinars, and networking events to promote thought leadership.

Required Skills

  • Proven expertise in cloud architecture, preferably Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data modeling and AI integration.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. Advanced degrees or certifications in cloud technologies, data science, or digital strategy are highly desirable.

Experience

Minimum of five to seven years of experience delivering large‑scale digital transformation projects, with a track record of successful cloud migrations and AI implementations. Experience within the Namibian market or Southern Africa is a strong plus.

Salary

The role offers a competitive salary range of SSP 350,000 to SSP 500,000 per annum, complemented by performance‑based bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
