Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement conservation projects that protect and restore natural habitats
  • Work with local communities and stakeholders to promote sustainable land-use practices and support community-based conservation initiatives
  • Conduct fieldwork, including monitoring and evaluating conservation projects
  • Collaborate with other conservation organizations and government agencies to advance conservation goals
  • Develop and manage budgets and reports for conservation projects

Required Skills

  • Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Conservation Biology, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in conservation or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful conservation projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and local languages

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field
