We are seeking an Environmental Conservation Specialist to join our team in Katima Mulilo, Namibia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing conservation projects that protect and restore natural habitats, promote sustainable land-use practices, and support community-based conservation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement conservation projects that protect and restore natural habitats
- Work with local communities and stakeholders to promote sustainable land-use practices and support community-based conservation initiatives
- Conduct fieldwork, including monitoring and evaluating conservation projects
- Collaborate with other conservation organizations and government agencies to advance conservation goals
- Develop and manage budgets and reports for conservation projects
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Conservation Biology, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in conservation or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful conservation projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and local languages
