Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Environmental Monitoring and Compliance Specialist to join our team in Outjo, Namibia. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our clients’ operations are in compliance with environmental regulations and standards. This will involve conducting site visits, monitoring environmental performance, and providing recommendations for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental science or a related field, as well as experience in environmental monitoring and compliance. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits to monitor environmental performance and ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Collect and analyze environmental data, including air and water quality, noise levels, and waste management
- Provide recommendations for improvement to clients and internal stakeholders
- Develop and implement environmental monitoring plans and procedures
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure that environmental concerns are addressed
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in environmental monitoring and compliance
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
