Job Overview
The Guest Services Manager will lead a team of front‑desk agents, concierge staff, and night‑audit personnel to ensure seamless, personalized service for every guest. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the front desk, concierge, and night audit departments.
- Develop and implement service protocols that enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
- Manage staffing schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and provide coaching to team members.

Required Skills

Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. Relevant certifications such as Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) or similar are advantageous.
Experience
Applicants must have a minimum of five years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a luxury hotel or upscale resort environment, demonstrating a track record of achieving high guest satisfaction scores and operational efficiency.
Salary
The compensation package ranges from SSP 250,000 to SSP 350,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Performance‑based bonuses and incentives are also part of the total rewards structure.
