Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Offshore Wind Farm Installation Manager to lead our installation activities for upcoming projects off the coast of Lüderitz. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee all offshore installation activities, including foundation placement, turbine erection, and cable laying.
  • Coordinate with marine contractors, vessel operators, and onshore support teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve installation targets.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the installation process.

Required Skills

  • Proven expertise in offshore wind farm installation or similar marine projects.
  • Strong project management skills, with certification in PMP or equivalent being an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of marine logistics, vessel operations, and heavy lift procedures.

Education

Experience

Minimum of 8 years of experience in offshore wind farm installation or marine construction projects, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Experience in African maritime environments is preferred but not mandatory.
