Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality operations in Rehoboth. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the site Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with global Novartis standards and local laws.
• Lead internal and external quality audits to ensure 100% compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Oversee the review and approval of batch records, validation protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Manage the CAPA system to identify root causes of deviations and implement sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with the production department to optimize manufacturing processes without compromising quality.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies to ensure all licensing and certification requirements are met.
• Manage the quality control laboratory activities, including stability testing and raw material verification.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the quality assurance team.
