Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day port operations and ensure efficient cargo handling activities.
• Manage vessel scheduling, docking coordination, and shipping logistics.
• Supervise terminal operations, loading and unloading processes, and cargo flow.
• Coordinate with shipping companies, freight operators, customs authorities, and logistics teams.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Port Management, Business Administration, Transportation Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in port operations, maritime logistics, shipping management, cargo handling, terminal supervision, or transport logistics.
• Strong understanding of shipping regulations, cargo operations, customs procedures, maritime safety, and logistics systems.
• Experience managing teams, operational planning, and port performance improvement.
