We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Renewable Energy Project Coordinator to join our expanding operations in the Kunene region. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of renewable energy project lifecycles, including site assessment, procurement, and construction.
• Monitor project timelines and resource allocation to ensure milestones are met according to the master schedule.
• Liaise with local community leaders and government officials to ensure social license to operate and regulatory compliance.
• Manage technical documentation, including environmental impact assessments and technical specifications.
• Oversee on-site contractors and sub-contractors to ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols.
• Prepare detailed progress reports for senior management and international stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools.
• In-depth understanding of electrical engineering principles and renewable energy technologies.

Education

A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a closely related technical field is mandatory. Professional certification in Project Management (PMP or PRINCE2) is highly desirable.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing large-scale infrastructure or energy projects. Previous experience in the African energy sector or working with international engineering firms is a significant advantage. Salary
