Job Overview

The Renewable Energy Project Manager will lead the planning, execution and delivery of large‑scale renewable energy projects from concept through commissioning. Reporting to the Head of Project Development, the successful candidate will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and budgets for wind and solar installations.
• Lead cross‑functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, legal and finance.
• Manage contracts, negotiate terms with vendors and ensure compliance with local permitting processes.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with government authorities, community stakeholders and utility partners to secure approvals and maintain positive relationships.
• Oversee quality assurance and health‑safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and external investors.
