Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Renewable Energy Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the development and implementation of renewable energy projects in Namibia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, renewable energy, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the development and implementation of renewable energy projects in Namibia
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, local communities, and project partners
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Monitor and report on project progress and performance
Required Skills:
- Master’s degree in Renewable Energy or related field
- 8-12 years of experience in project management and renewable energy
- Strong background in project management, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
