Job Overview

The Environmental Compliance Officer will lead the implementation and monitoring of environmental policies, ensuring that all mining activities comply with Namibian legislation and international best practices. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update environmental management plans in line with ISO 14001 standards.

Education

Minimum of five (5) years of hands‑on experience in environmental compliance within the mining industry, preferably in Southern Africa. Demonstrated experience with Namibian environmental legislation and international standards is essential.

Salary

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from N$250,000 to N$350,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Performance‑based bonuses and allowances may also be offered.
