The Telecommunications Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining MTN’s telecommunications network in Namibia. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in telecommunications engineering and experience working with network infrastructure.
The Telecommunications Network Engineer will work closely with the Network Engineering team to ensure that MTN’s network is reliable, efficient, and meets the needs of its customers. The successful candidate will also be responsible for troubleshooting network issues and implementing solutions to improve network performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain MTN’s telecommunications network in Namibia
- Work closely with the Network Engineering team to ensure network reliability and efficiency
- Troubleshoot network issues and implement solutions to improve network performance
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that network infrastructure meets business needs
- Develop and implement network engineering standards and procedures
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related field
- 5 years of experience in telecommunications engineering
- Strong technical background in network infrastructure and protocols
- Experience working with network engineering tools and software
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Education
