Key Job Responsibilities (JD)

- Contact potential and existing clients to arrange meetings in office settings, homes, or business locations.
- Build strong, long-term professional relationships with clients through trust and financial expertise.
- Understand clients’ financial expectations and provide professional financial guidance.
Financial Planning & Wealth Management
- Conduct in-depth reviews of clients’ financial circumstances, investments, savings plans, insurance coverage, and future goals.
- Design tailored financial strategies suited to each client’s unique financial situation.
- Assist clients in building long-term financial security and wealth management plans.
Risk Analysis & Financial Assessment
- Complete detailed risk assessments and financial analysis to determine appropriate solutions.
- Evaluate clients’ financial risks and identify suitable investment and insurance opportunities.
- Recommend strategies that align with financial goals and risk tolerance levels.
Market Research & Financial Products
- Research the financial marketplace to stay updated on investment products, insurance plans, savings options, retirement planning, and banking services.
- Present clients with information on both new and existing financial products and services.
- Explain financial products clearly to help clients make informed decisions.
Sales & Business Development
- Promote and sell financial products to meet agreed or negotiated sales targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and relationship management.
- Maintain strong client engagement and follow-up processes.

Ongoing Client Support
- Review and respond to changing client financial needs and personal circumstances.

Education Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration, Investment Management, Commerce, or related field preferred.
- Financial advisory certifications or industry-recognized licenses will be considered advantageous.
Experience Requirements
- Previous experience in financial advisory, banking, insurance sales, investment consulting, customer relationship management, wealth management, or financial services preferred.
- Experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, and financial product marketing is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered depending on company requirements.
