We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team in Rundu, Namibia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function, providing strategic financial guidance and support to the business. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to support business growth and profitability
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior management, including financial modeling and forecasting
  • Lead the development of financial reports, including monthly management accounts and annual financial statements
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement initiatives
