Job Overview

Tumaini Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior C# ASP.NET Developer to join a fast-growing international consultancy in Windhoek, Namibia. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in full-stack development, ASP.NET MVC, and modern front-end technologies.

The successful candidate will develop, optimize, and maintain high-performance web applications while working on innovative international software development projects.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development

  • Develop and maintain web applications using:
    • C#
    • .NET
    • ASP.NET MVC
  • Build scalable backend systems and APIs
  • Ensure application performance, security, and maintainability
  • Develop enterprise-level digital solutions for international clients

Front-End & UI Development

  • Build responsive and interactive interfaces using:
    • Angular
    • React
    • Vue.js
    • JavaScript
  • Optimize applications for speed, usability, and responsiveness
  • Collaborate with UI/UX teams to improve user experiences

Back-End Development

  • Design and implement server-side logic using .NET technologies
  • Integrate databases and manage data-driven applications
  • Optimize scalability and system performance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Full-Stack Collaboration

  • Work across both front-end and back-end environments
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and designers
  • Participate in technical discussions and code reviews
  • Contribute to architecture improvements and software enhancements

Technical Leadership

  • Provide technical expertise in C# and .NET projects
  • Mentor junior developers and support team development
  • Promote software engineering best practices
  • Ensure development quality and coding standards

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 9 years of experience in software development
  • Strong expertise in:

    • .NET
    • ASP.NET MVC
  • Experience with:
    • Angular
    • React
    • Vue.js
    • JavaScript
  • Strong full-stack development capabilities
  • Experience working in agile development environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work within international consultancy environments

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in:
    • Computer Science

    • Information Technology
    • Computer Engineering
    • or related field
