Job Summary

FNB Namibia is seeking a highly motivated Business Advisor to support entrepreneurs, SMEs, and commercial clients with strategic planning, financial analysis, growth initiatives, and operational improvement programs. The successful candidate will work closely with business owners and stakeholders to identify opportunities, manage risks, and improve organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic business advisory services to SME and commercial clients.
  • Conduct detailed business assessments and operational reviews.

  • Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
  • Professional certifications in business management, finance, or consulting will be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business consulting, banking, financial advisory, corporate strategy, or SME development.
  • Experience working with entrepreneurs, startups, and commercial businesses.
  • Strong understanding of financial management and business operations.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and advisory services.

Salary and Benefits
