Job Overview
The Sustainable Agriculture Project Manager will lead initiatives to develop and implement eco-friendly farming projects in Oshane, Namibia. Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute sustainable agriculture projects aligned with NART’s strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with local farmers, NGOs, and government agencies to identify community needs.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency.
- Conduct field research to evaluate the impact of agricultural practices on soil health and biodiversity.
- Prepare reports and presentations for donors, partners, and regulatory bodies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in managing agricultural projects in semi-arid regions.
- Strong understanding of sustainable farming techniques and climate-smart agriculture.
