Key Responsibilities

• Manage our aquaculture operations, including the planning, implementation, and monitoring of our aquaculture activities.
• Ensure that our operations are conducted in a sustainable and responsible manner, in accordance with our company’s policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement sustainable aquaculture practices, including the use of environmentally friendly feed and the implementation of waste management systems.
• Monitor and report on the environmental impact of our operations, including the monitoring of water quality and the reporting of any environmental incidents.
• Collaborate with other departments, including the production and marketing departments, to ensure that our products are of high quality and meet the needs of our customers.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as aquaculture, marine biology, or environmental science.
• At least 5 years of experience in aquaculture or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing aquaculture operations in a sustainable and responsible manner.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable aquaculture practices, including the use of environmentally friendly feed and the implementation of waste management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments and stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as aquaculture, marine biology, or environmental science.

Experience

At least 5 years of experience in aquaculture or a related field.
