Job Overview
The Mine Operations Safety Supervisor will lead the safety program at B2Gold’s Swakopmund mining site, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international best practices. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the mine’s safety management system.
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across all operational areas.
- Lead incident investigations, prepare root‑cause analyses, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Provide safety training and coaching to all employees, contractors, and visitors.
