Key Responsibilities (JD)
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in retail and SME segments
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for banking products
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for retention
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Promote financial products such as loans, accounts, and investment services
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
- Prepare accurate sales reports and performance updates
- Participate in promotional campaigns and corporate events
Required Education & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of banking and financial services
- Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
Experience Required
- 1–3 years of experience in sales jobs in Namibia or financial services preferred
- Fresh graduates with strong sales potential may also apply for entry level jobs in Windhoek
- Proven ability in target-driven environments is an advantage
