Job Overview
The E‑Commerce Operations Manager will lead the end‑to‑end online shopping experience for Pick n Pay Namibia’s customers in the southern region, with a focus on Keetmanshoop and surrounding areas. Reporting to the Head of Digital Retail, you will be responsible for overseeing order fulfillment, inventory management, last‑mile delivery, and customer service excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve order processing speed, accuracy, and cost‑effectiveness.
- Manage a cross‑functional team including warehouse staff, delivery partners, and customer support agents.
- Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, and IT departments to ensure seamless product listings, promotions, and website functionality.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment rate, delivery time, return rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
